I’m updating my review. I was unhappy with the evaluation methods at the gym, however the owner reached out to me and not only heard my concerns but also told me they are using a new evaluation system that he believes will be more effective. From the way it was explained, it sounds much better. We have had a great experience with the staff and after 3 years we are willing to stick it out to see how the new system works. if all is well I’ll bump it back to 5stars. Great facility and coaches.
