My old cat was unwell. I called at night and was told a vet would come in the morning. No vet came, just numerous texts that they’re trying to find a vet. I kept pushing for a vet to come – my cat was old, sick and used to home vets. After 12 hours, they said the vet couldn’t treat him with what he had and to go to a clinic. How would they know what he had? I ended up taking him to a clinic which traumatised him. $550 later, he came home, went into decline and died 36 hrs later. I needed a home visit vet urgently but the service I received was incompetent, unprofessional, spiteful and just brutal. My cat may or may not have been about to die but Pawssum made the whole experience so much worse. This will probably be censored but people should know to not trust this service with your beloved pet.
