We would not use this service again . The vet tried to upsell a consult / second opinion on a dying dog , he questioned any treatment she had received previously for her skin ( had been under a dermatologist specialist for most of her life ) and was 13 1/2 years old German Shepherd and could hardly walk . It took us a few weeks to convince our auntie that it was time to let her go , the hole was dug at our property and my husband was present at the euthanasia . The vet was out of order to question the decision . The vet was on time but tried to get a hind leg vein and failed and then tried and used the Cephalic vein successfully . The price was given over the phone but when we received a copy of the invoice was charged $50 extra for sedation that was never mentioned . The credit card details are given at the time of booking so the deduction is what ever they want to charge . If sedation was needed we would have happily paid but not to have it added on afterwards as we would not now ask our Auntie for more money . I am a retired vet nurse 35 years and practice manager of large Vet practices and there are better services available .Perth Southern suburbs.
