NASHVILLE, TN — 28-year-old Gitae Park was seen on video footage following and punching someone outside of a Hotel on 5th Ave in downtown Nashville. The footage and the victim’s, Zach Ragsdale’s, account showed Gitae pushing Zach first before Zach walked away. Gitae followed Zach, pushed him again, and punched his right shoulder. After Gitae missed a punch aimed at Zach’s face, he attempted to punch him again despite receiving help from hotel staff. Gitae told police with alcohol-smelling breath that he had been drinking that day. His pants were covered in urine, and he attempted to open random cars in the parking lot. He told police he thought they were his Uber, so police took him into custody for assault.
