I’ve had two awful experiences with ECG electrical. Years ago they sold me a hot water heater pump, then when it began leaking soon after they refused to replace it, initially making me deal with the wholesale vendor directly (against consume laws) then when I pushed back they came to “fix” it. Every 6 months it would leak again and they would come back. After 4-5 years of this I paid for a plumber to come and try to fix it properly and it turned out they had been using the cheapest low quality parts that weren’t rated for my water pressure. No problems since paying my own plumber.A friend had a good experience with their solar so I tried them again – after over 2 months of waiting for a site visit they have rescheduled on me 5 times now, twice with less than 12 hours notice and today with only 4 hours notice. I don’t work from home and have had to take time off work to attend more than once that I could not get back. I have been polite and patient but would expect at least an apology and some attempt to work with me to find a convenient time to reschedule since they messed me around so many times but received neither, there was not so much as a sorry for the inconvenience, just an attitude of arrogance and indifference.
