Did not sell us the outdoor relay contactor box for our outdoor barrel sauna. So after reporting the sauna display error code “r300” to the manufacturer, we were told we have the wrong contactor box and had to get Backyard Canada Calgary to give us the correct one. This was a huge hassle in time and expense, and after 2 months of back and forth communication, we hope we can finally use our sauna.
