If you, like SO MANY PEOPLE, have been screwed by Serenity Spa in Sioux Falls, SD just know; YOU HAVE LEGAL OPTIONS!!! This sketchy business deletes bad reviews, makes new business profile pages to get rid of honest bad reviews, signs people up for services and payment for services the people don’t want, doesn’t give the “specials” they run, then refuses to reimburse even after they say they will. We prepaid for services only to have them cancel on us twice. Then they refused to refund. Today they found out the hard way that the law won’t let them by with it. They cheat you recently? Small claims court, GO GET THEM. They have a small window of time to pay, and if they don’t; the Sheriff will go start taking their assets to satisfy the judgement we have against them. FAFO. Don’t START nothing, won’t BE nothing! It’s not slander or libel when it’s the truth, and a matter of PUBLIC RECORD!!!!!
