Serenity Spa is not a good place to go. I paid on 50.00 on a promotional deal. I missed my appointment due to being sick. I called them next day and they said someone would call me to reschedule, I didn’t recieve a call. I called back a week later said they would have someone call me, again nobody called me. I called today 2 weeks later due to being on vacation. They said I am not eligible for a refund or service I paid for due to not calling the day of my appointment. “I WAS SICK IN BED”. didn’t even think about it that day. I figured they would atleast re schedule or refund my money but, I’m just out the money. Why did they tag me along since the first phone call. Why didn’t they tell me the first time I called after my appointment. The first person I talked to made it sound like I would be able to reschedule with the person who was supposed to call me…. Anyway I think it’s unethical to keep the money and refuse to give a person a service in which is paid for. Not a good practice. Rant over….
