I am a one man army it seems… trying to gather and rally. I could use some help…As now I would like to prepare a presentation to the world and people…based on all my data… I would like to release it and work on asap…as I care deeply about these horrific injuries…. Do you want to see? what I see? well its alot… I think the only thing I can do… because… well I am spending hours upon hours upon hours…. gathering this data… which is giving me my unique view and concerns about whats happening. The only way people can understand what I see…is compiling everything I know on the zeolite subject. If people are interested in seeing an in depth presentation… The only way I can afford to do this… is charging for it.. People like to say… all sorts of things…like im getting rich off this somehow… I definitely am not…at all… What would be great… If you want to see… what I see…and the pieces I have connected I can work on presenting all of this information in a concise presentation that I will charge for. If you would like to see ..It would be a lengthy lecture. Probably 3 to 4 hours of data and connections. Purchasing tickets to this…would really help me because I am working OVERTIME. trying to figure out these bizarre injuries. Please support me. I am working so hard.. and going in debt because of this.. My channel is not monetized, Im not selling products, I am doing hard work of coucnilling injured, finding medical info, studies and piecing a really compelling argument together that is what makes me incredibly passionate about all of this. 4 hour presentation. 40 dollars. Putting this presentation together will take me more then a week of solid work. to present it professionally and concise. I cannot do this without support you guys. Dacă ați luat vreodată suplimente cu magneziu, ați simțit, poate, senzația aceea de nisip pe care o lasă în urmă.După ce a explicat de ce apare această senzație, dr. Ioana a primit o amendă de 20.000 de lei din partea Autorității Naționale pentru Protecția Consumatorilor.În videoclipul sancționat, a testat patru produse cu magneziu solubil, cu diferite concentrații de magneziu pur. Deși pe etichetă era menționată o singură formă solubilă de magneziu, testul sugera că produsele conțin și forme insolubile, care nu ar fi indicate pe etichetă. De aici, apa tulbure și senzația de nisip.Dr. Ioana nu a numit produsele, acestea nu puteau fi recunoscute după forma tabletelor și nu a încercat să sperie oamenii. Dimpotrivă: a spus că produsele sunt sigure, dar au proprietăți diferite, și a cerut autorităților să facă teste de laborator pentru a verifica dacă etichetele corespund compoziției reale.Autoritățile care ar fi trebuit să verifice produsele au ales să o amendeze pe ea.Din informațiile disponibile, sancțiunea ar fi fost aplicată în baza Legii nr. 363/2007 privind practicile comerciale incorecte. Această lege transpune însă legislația europeană și privește, în principiu, practicile unui comerciant legate de promovarea sau vânzarea unui produs.De aceea, în calitate de europarlamentar, voi adresa Comisiei Europene o întrebare parlamentară cu solicitare de răspuns scris.Vreau să aflu dacă legislația europeană permite sancționarea, ca practică comercială incorectă, a unui material informativ realizat de un profesionist din sănătate care nu identifică produsele, nu promovează și nu vinde nimic.Voi solicita, de asemenea, ANPC să explice public:Care este fapta concretă considerată o practică incorectă?În ce fel a fost prejudiciat consumatorul?De ce a fost considerată dr. Ioana „comerciant”?Au fost testate produsele?Sunt etichetele conforme cu ceea ce se găsește efectiv în ele?Este în interesul tuturor să privim critic produsele pe care le consumăm, mai ales suplimentele și medicamentele.Dorința de a informa, fără a panica, nu ar trebui pedepsită. Ar trebui să determine autoritățile să verifice produsele, etichetele și informațiile oferite consumatorilor.
