Beware of dealing with this company.Inspite of canceling an appointment for a facial shortly after booking Serenity Spas charged my Visa $103.95. I have been making a number of calls to the company but so far have not been able to get a refund.

I am very frustrated with being told that I canceled my appointment the day before (not true) & that I gave them the 3 code number on the back of my Visa (also not true) I refused to give it to them so they were unable to charge my Visa as I was using my Debit card. I am very concerned how they were able to put the charges through without that info from the back of the card. It seems very shady & dishonest to me. I wouldn’t recommend this company to my worst enemy.

Don’t trust this company to do ANY work on your vehicles. They wont properly prep your vehicle and just “double ceramic coat” the vehicle with all the dirt nice and sealed in. I’d rather recommend a tough mudder event where you just throw mud at your car from the sidelines and you will get the same results. Except D5 will charge you $500. there is a self serve car wash on the same street as D5 that costs 7$. save your money. trust me.

I’ve had two awful experiences with ECG electrical. Years ago they sold me a hot water heater pump, then when it began leaking soon after they refused to replace it, initially making me deal with the wholesale vendor directly (against consume laws) then when I pushed back they came to “fix” it. Every 6 months it would leak again and they would come back. After 4-5 years of this I paid for a plumber to come and try to fix it properly and it turned out they had been using the cheapest low quality parts that weren’t rated for my water pressure. No problems since paying my own plumber.A friend had a good experience with their solar so I tried them again – after over 2 months of waiting for a site visit they have rescheduled on me 5 times now, twice with less than 12 hours notice and today with only 4 hours notice. I don’t work from home and have had to take time off work to attend more than once that I could not get back. I have been polite and patient but would expect at least an apology and some attempt to work with me to find a convenient time to reschedule since they messed me around so many times but received neither, there was not so much as a sorry for the inconvenience, just an attitude of arrogance and indifference.
