WFUP Salesman Adam came out to our home on May 20, 2017. We liked what Adam had to say about what they could do with a pool in our backyard, we were excited to see their quote and the plans. That is were it all stopped. As of today June 29, 2017, we have yet to receive a quote. Nobody from the company is willing to help resolve the matter, they keep trying to pass the buck. Every time we have called they Michelle and Angelica kee saying that we will put it on the calendar again. Seriously????? We have called day after day after day, we have spoken to Michelle in the office, sp to the office manager, spoke to Sam the Production Manager and have been trying to speak with Brian the owner. NOBODY CALLS YOU BACK – THEY DON’T WANT TO WORK. We have gotten every excuse under the sun, Sam even said that he would have the quote to us in 1 HOUR and that was 2 1/2 weeks ago. Then when asked to speak to Brian the owner, he is always out of their office in the field, doing what? Not being concerned about returning calls to potential customers who have been treated horribly. Michelle even gave us the excuse once that Brian was researching permits for our property, I asked how is that possible when we don’t even have a quote and nobody is returning a call. If this is how they treat potential customers one will wonder how they are while on the job, let alone the quality of their work. Michelle and Angellica in the office keep telling us that its out of their hands that its in the hands of Production – which is Sam. Did have one conversation with Sam when he said that he would get the quote to us in 1 hour. He even asked about the features, decking, fencing and type of pool equipment that we wanted, said again will have quote in 1 hour. NEVER HAPPENED!!!! Can anyone explain from WFUP why anyone in your company thinks that this is great customer service???? That this is how you treat your customers? Do you even want to build pools??? BEWARE OF WE FIX UGLY POOLS!!!!

Hey folks of Sioux Falls,Serenity Spa has blocked me from their site because they don’t want you to know how they pressure you to buy a Package and will not tell you there is NO refund, even when you have had a horrible reaction to their products! BEWARE!!!! Also not accredited with the BBB.
