I am reporting concerns regarding Rehab Investors Group, LLC. The company’s activities have raised suspicions, and I advise exercising caution when dealing with them. They allegedly change their name and details, and if you encounter a 1% deposit with an aggressive non-American team, it is recommended to terminate the interaction immediately. I claim to have lost substantial amounts in loans and fees, totaling over $70,000,000 in lost loans, more than $1,500,000 in origination fees, and over $500,000 in upfront fees. They purportedly use stolen identities of attorneys who send letters claiming to work with the CFPB and FTC to gain information. The letter I received was from an attorney at a law firm that does not answer phone calls, has no active license, and prefers communication via WhatsApp. The individuals allegedly involved are: Steve Kaufman, Camille, Kai, Dani, Mary Katz, and Blair, with their respective contact numbers. I have provided these details for awareness and potential investigation. I have every email for every person associated with this company and would love to provide this to anyone who is looking to join in against taking this fraudulent organization down. There is no runing this time the teheeth have already begun to sink in!!!

Serenity Spa is not a good place to go. I paid on 50.00 on a promotional deal. I missed my appointment due to being sick. I called them next day and they said someone would call me to reschedule, I didn’t recieve a call. I called back a week later said they would have someone call me, again nobody called me. I called today 2 weeks later due to being on vacation. They said I am not eligible for a refund or service I paid for due to not calling the day of my appointment. “I WAS SICK IN BED”. didn’t even think about it that day. I figured they would atleast re schedule or refund my money but, I’m just out the money. Why did they tag me along since the first phone call. Why didn’t they tell me the first time I called after my appointment. The first person I talked to made it sound like I would be able to reschedule with the person who was supposed to call me…. Anyway I think it’s unethical to keep the money and refuse to give a person a service in which is paid for. Not a good practice. Rant over….
