Has anyone in the group dealt with ClimaSolar? I met someone that needed an interpreter and I found out they were sold a 5kw system (14 panels) for $12.5k. They are signed up for financing and now that she has stopped paying until she gets the correct value, the financing company is harassing her. I spoke with Clima Solar to explain the situation and they were supposed to call. 2 weeks have gone by and they didn’t. Now every time I call I get a robot saying we can’t take your call. I don’t think this is a coincidence. She has had a similar experience when her daughter first called. Can they blacklist a phone number and then not respond (I tried hiding my number but their phone system doesn’t allow me to make a call like that)? For a bit more context, her system was installed in June 2022 and I doubt it has been working ever since, her bills seem the same. My main ask is if anyone can tell me if they dealt with ClimaSolar, any shared experience is appropriated. Second, where can I report them? ClimaSolar is not a CEC approved retailer so they can’t do anything (I work for CEC). Thanks for your help!
