Allow me to share some information I paid $139.00 to learn. Don’t purchase app subscriptions thru Apple or the Speechify app in particular. If you do, you could be double charged. First by Apple and then by the app company. And, your bank won’t be able to help you because the duplicate charge isn’t acknowledged because Apple charges a .99 service fee which makes the charge from the app company look like a separate charge instead of the duplicate charge that it is. Just so you know, Apple will reverse their charge if you call them, but then the app company will reverse your access and keep the money they should never have charged you to begin with. There will more than likely be no customer service person for the app company other than an automated email response system to explain this to, the bank will consider it a billing dispute with the merchant and won’t file anything to try and get you your money back, and you will have been legally stolen from. you’re welcome. My gift of experience to you!By the way, this is the 2nd time in the past year that I’ve been stolen from by an app company. The other company was Effecto. They got me for 100 bucks due to entrapment within their app and misleading advertising. I think I’m done buying apps. Being stolen from sucks.

Do not use this service to euthanize your pets. I booked online & my family waited for over 2 hours until I made contact to be told lies that someone tried to call me (I had no missed calls), was then told when they tried to call my number they got message saying this service is disconnected – funny they called me on that same number after I checked online as to when a vet would be coming to my house & then on that same their lies turned to my booking was for the today (22/08) & not 21/08 as can be seen in my confirmation email which clearly shows it was for 21/08.They then blocked me from being able to write a review. Which I tried on 3 different wifi services, my mobile service & at different times – to continually receive the something went wrong message. Will NEVER use this service or recommend them with the way we have be disregarded & treated. If you want compassion & care when saying goodbye to your beloved family member – don’t use this place At an already stressful time for my family including my dog you made this time even worse for us all.
