Exactly a year ago i called Pawssum to take my severly injured cat and we had to decide to euthanise him.They only came and gave him a pain killer.I had to take him elsewhere to euthanise him.

They billed me $288 and i paid same week.

8 months later they send me another bill for $66.I have emailed them my receipt but they don’t even reply back.All they do is send me a message saying i owe $66.

They don’t even reply back to your emails.
