REHAB INVESTMENT GROUP,LLC and everything about it is a scam!!!!
My borrowers have lost over 3/4 of $1,000,000.00 in down payments and well over $70,000,000.00 in loans. I myself have lost over $1,200,000.00 in origination fees. They have been turned into every Federal entity made available for both mortgage and wire fraud! Including the CFPB, FTC, all local detective agencies, and all local District Attorneys nationwide including Steven Zappala here in Pa. This company has been at this for years constantly changing names whe the heat is on. Unfortunately, not one of these government agencies or the representative for this type of action gives two shots about the hard working US Citizens getting ripped off by this team of scammers. The extensive research done by myself and my team have uncovered multiple Brokerages across the nation with the same or more lost to thier clients. I’ve even heard rumors that this has gone as far as Canada!! I am more the happy to supply any type of collected proof of this company being as scam to anyone who is looking. Perhaps joking together as a team will help perk up the ears of these completely useless government entities. Also, please be aware that they have fake attorneys that act as if they are working with these government agencies just to obtain info on how you are trying to bust them. However, searching license numbers, phone numbers and address of said law firms and its attorneys uncover just that. All part of the scam! I have been threatened by them personally that they would be suing me for defamation. I say bring it! Please expose who you are as a person, a company and all of the VA’s you hire as so called underwriters and loan openers. Again, I will personally be more than happy to give all of the emails and phone numbers associated with this company as well. As far as the United States Entities putting place to serve and protect its citizens from scumbags like this, YOU SHOULD BE ASHAMED OF YOURSELVES. YOU ARE NO BETTER!! The Somali’s aren’t the only ones disgracing this country scams like this and our own government is!!
